Bro. Aaron (last name withheld) lives in a part of the Muslim world where it is illegal to be a missionary. It is illegal to evangelize. It is illegal to start a church. It is illegal to train men to be in the ministry. But if you were to look at Aaron’s schedule you would see that it is full of these type events. He has personally started churches where the members are persecuted for their faith. He is training national pastors that are leading churches inside an islamic country. God is doing a work. The gospel is being proclaimed in a part of the world where Islam has had a grip for hundreds of years. God is at work and it is very exciting.
Aaron did his internship at the Our Generation Training Center and learned how to do church planting work at the Training Center. This is a quote from him about his training at the OGTC: “Every day I am using what I learned at the OGTC in ministry. The training and discipleship I received there have forever changed my life and ministry. I recommend that every young man preparing for cross-cultural missions get some hands on, intense training there!”
Now my question to is this. Are you just a person that blowing smoke when you talk about missions or do you have a REAL passion? Is this passion visible where people can see that you not only talk the talk but you walk the walk? Why not today commit your self to get the gospel out to the Arab world? Why not take the glorious gospel which you talk so highly about amongst your little circle and go out to the darkness and proclaim on foreign land? God can use you too.
